Goal Busters are a team of dedicated, trained and professional staff working towards helping you to achieve your goals and aspirations in life. We are here to support you to reach independence through supported services and programs that aim to provide you with the best quality of life.

Our team come from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and professions such as social workers, youth workers, community development workers, disability sector and education.
SERVICES
Mentoring
Goal Busters works with a diverse range of communities of all ages and abilities. We work within a capacity building strengths-based framework that supports individuals with their life goals and aspirations.
At Goal Busters we work with you to create a realistic mentoring plan, our mentors are professionally trained, skilled and can contribute life experience to their work. Our mentors are genuine, supportive and have a client-centred approach.
We also offer group mentoring programs and initiatives to support you to make new connections, build self-confidence, learn to work within teams, and improve your communication skills.
Community Access & Participation
Goal Busters is a Disability Support Service specialising in community access. We connect you with skilled and highly trained energetic support workers. We support you to achieve your goals, personal development and confidence through understanding emotional awareness, self-regulation and self-care.

We work with you in identifying your skills set, and interests that builds pathways to education, training and or employment.
Activities are tailored according to the individuals needs and goals to provide a holistic approach to community participation & access.
Transport
Goal Busters offers reliable and quality transport services to help you get to your appointments, special events, social activities, meetings, supervised contacts and any other occasion. Our support workers are trained in the industry and ensure you arrive on time and safely to your destination.
Respite
Goal Busters offer day respite services to assist families and carers to re-energise. Caring is a huge responsibility, and it can become challenging and tedious at times. We understand the importance of self-care, reflection and the opportunity to recharge so that you are in the best position to care for others around you. Take advantage of our services which offer fun and engaging activities for your loved ones.
Holiday Programs
We specialise in tailored holiday programs throughout the year for young people aged 5-11 & 12-24 years. Holiday programs are tailored to the individual. We run group holiday programs, or alternatively can offer a one-on-one service dependent on your needs.
Holiday programs range from sports and recreation, social outings, creative arts, environmental, virtual reality, technology and more. We aim to provide an interactive and inclusive experience for all. We have youth workers specialised in the industry to support with meaningful, fun and engaging holiday programs.
Supported Independent Living
Everyone has the right to access independent living options that aim to genuinely engage and meet the person’s goals and aspirations. We aim not only to provide supported independent living but also to support, mentor and guide individuals to achieve their goals through specialised mentoring programs. Our aim is to make you feel welcomed and part of the community. If you are interested in a supported home in Western Sydney, please contact us to secure your spot for 2024.
